How to reach Hotel KKR Osaka

From Kansai International Airport
By train: take the Nankai Railways Rapi:t express to Shin-Imamiya (click here for a timetable). All seats on this service require advance reservation, which can be made at the Nankai counter at the Airport station. Trains run every 30 minutes, the journey time is about 40 minutes and the cost is Y890 plus Y500 to reserve a seat. From Shin-Imamiya take the JR Osaka Loop Line to Morinomiya station (12 minutes, 5 stops, Y160). From here you can walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Click here for a map.

How to reach the Congress site from Hotel KKR Osaka

The JComm meeting will finish at about 15:30 on 22 August. Co-editors will be expected to checkout from the hotel on 22 August, unless they have made special arrangements to stay on for extra nights. Travel to the Congress hotels should be straightforward either by taxi or public transport. It takes 10 minutes to walk from Hotel KKR Osaka to Morinomiya station on the JR loop train line (JR Kanjyousen). A train from Morinomiya station takes about 30 minutes to Fukushima station, from where it is a 10 minute walk to the Congress site (see map).
