The next-neighbor coordination of the O2, O3 and O4 atoms in the Li2SO4·H2O structure and the choice of their respective local Cartesian coordinate systems, {ei}. The axis e1 is directed from O to the corresponding S atom. The axis e2 lies in the e1–v plane (v is the vector between the Li atoms) and defines the normal to the local noncrystallographic mirror plane. The angle between v and e2 for the O2, O3 and O4 atoms is less than 5°. |
