(a) The azimuthal directions of all vectors [{\bf a}^{(1,2,3)}] are included in the azimuthal averaging; (b) only the azimuthal directions of the vectors [{\bf a}^{(1,2)}] are averaged, the direction of [{\bf a}^{(3)}] is fixed. Perpendicular geometry is shown in (b). The intensity scale is the same as in Fig. 11[link].
