(c) The nickel K map was interpolated and upsampled to match the dimension of the reconstructed image. The obtained fluorescence map [shown in Fig. 3(d)] is then Fourier transformed to reciprocal space. A low-pass filter was applied to select the low-spatial-frequency signal. (d) Normalized (c) is removed from (b) and Fourier transformed back to real space giving a modified phase image with the nickel oxide features removed. |
