Moiré images computed for bicrystal models of t₁ = t₂ = 1.5 and t₁ = t₂ = 1.6. The thicknesses of the component crystals and the incident-wave angular widths for the computed images are as follows: (a) t₁ = t₂ = 1.5, $[\Delta\Theta_{\rm inc}]$ = 0.36′′; (b) t₁ = t₂ = 1.5, $[\Delta\Theta_{\rm inc}]$ = 0.90′′; (c) t₁ = t₂ = 1.6, $[\Delta\Theta_{\rm inc}]$ = 0.90′′; (d) t₁ = t₂ = 1.6, $[\Delta\Theta_{\rm inc}]$ = 1.50′′.
