The atomic structure of d-AlCuRh reconstructed based on the refined atomic positions using the fifth AS model. The atoms are arranged according to RPT, with the phason flips introduced to the structure to the point p5 where all the sites are located at the fifth AS. The perfect RPT is plotted in red and the flipped tiling is plotted in black. The PPT (green) and the outline of Hiraga clusters (yellow) are also plotted for guidance. The part of the structure that is shaded in green reflects the PBP motifs formed by Rh atoms. The frameworks of both RPTs are plotted in the legend for guidance.
