The deformation of the basis v1 = (1, 0), v2 = (−t, 2) for t ∈ [0, 1] defines a continuous loop of lattices. The basis v1, v2 is reduced for [t\in[0,{{1} \over {2}})] but after [t = {{1} \over {2}}] switches to a non-equivalent (up to rigid motion) reduced basis v1, v0 = (t − 1, −2).
