Symbols denote values obtained from point-by-point derivatives of the refined unit-cell parameters with respect to temperature and the solid line corresponds with the thermal expansion found from fitting a Debye-type model to the unit-cell parameters (see text for details). The values reported here are tabulated in Table S2 and plotted separately in Figs. S4, S5 and S6.
