Results from Rietveld analysis of room-temperature neutron powder diffraction data (λ = 1.46 Å) for Al5C3N in P63/mmc. Total χ2 = 6.9%, Rwp = 4.5%, Al5C3N phase RBragg = 5.5%. Phase fractions: Al5C3N 69.8%, C 24.5%, Al4C3 3.5%, AlN 2.2%.
