The overlap between two ligands related by inversion at ([{1\over 2}], 1, [{1\over 2}]), with a mean inter­planar distance of 3.369 (7) Å between the pyrid­yl rings. Atom N2 of each ligand coordinates directly to the Zn atom, while atom N15 of each ligand hydrogen bonds to the zinc-bound water ligand O18 (Fig. 2[link]). [Symmetry code: (vi) 1-x, 2-y, 1-z.]
