The two-dimensional structure in monoclinic polymorph (I)[link], formed by heterochiral C(6) chains along the a axis (NH⋯Oether contacts) connected by OH⋯O=C bonds. Only the major component of the disorder of the hydroxy group has been maintained. H atoms not involved in the hydrogen-bond inter­actions have been omitted for clarity.
