The Fe atom is located on a twofold axis that generates the symmetry equivalent portion by the operation (−x + 2, y, −z + $[{1\over 2}]$ ), which also generates the second cation. The anthracene radical anion is on an inversion center and its symmetry equivalent portion is generated by the operation (−x + $[{3\over 2}]$ , −y + $[{1\over 2}]$ , −z + 1).
