Part of the crystal structure of (V)[link], showing the formation of a centrosymmetric π-stacked dimer utilizing inversion-related pyrimidine rings. For the sake of clarity, the unit-cell outline and all of the H atoms have been omitted. The original atomic coordinates (Acosta-Quintero et al., 2015BB2) have been inverted so that the reference mol­ecule has the R configuration at atom C6, and slight amendments have been made to the atom labels to match those in (I)[link]–(IV)[link]. The atom marked with an asterisk (*) is at the symmetry position (−x + 2, −y + 2, −z + 1).
