Two independent complex mol­ecules were found in the asymmetric unit, and the core structure, including the Cu1 and Cu2 atoms, is drawn. The distances and angles of both mol­ecules are shown. Blue triangles show cross sections of the square pyramids. Blue circles show the O atoms of the water mol­ecules. The apices of the two pyramids are at the O10 or O11 atoms and are oriented outside the peptide. The two least-squares planes of the Thz-Thr-Oxz units form an angle of 44 or 51°.
