Monomeric Tah1 clearly elutes with a molecular weight of 14.1 kDa, with no indication of a shoulder or a second peak that might represent the presence of dimeric Tah1. This suggests that Tah1 is mainly monomeric in solution. The arrow indicates the expected elution volume of dimeric Tah1. mAU, milliabsorbance units.
