Isothermal titration calorimetry analysis of the interactions of lysophosphatidic acid C18:2 with wild-type and mutant ginseng major latex-like protein 151. Both the isotherms and the raw data are presented. The graphs show that heat is produced after each injection and that the signal is diminished when the protein becomes saturated with ligand. (a) Direct titration of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) C18:2 into wild-type ginseng major latex-like protein 151 (GLP) and mutant versions of GLP in which (b) His30, (c) His147 or (d) His148 were replaced by alanine. The fitting of the data yielded the thermodynamic parameters listed in Table 2[link].
