The anomalous peak heights for the first 100 peaks are shown for four data-collection strategies for T2R-TTL data sets: (i) high dose, low multiplicity, single orientation at a single crystal location (red), (ii) low dose, high multiplicity, multiple orientation at a single crystal location (brick), (iii) merging high-dose, single-orientation data from three crystals (blue) and (iv) merging low-dose, multiple-orientation data from three crystals (green). For each crystal, data were collected with the same dose at two well separated positions. The dotted line marks the 10σ threshold.
