Seed stock was made from lysozyme crystals grown in 0.2 M ammonium tartrate dibasic pH 7.0, 20%(w/v) polyethylene glycol 3350. (c) Dilution of seed stock was used to reduce the number of seeds to influence the crystal size. Seed stock was diluted 1:10 to give fewer and larger crystals in condition B12 of Index HT. |
