The atoms marked with a dollar sign ($), single or double stars (*), or single or double hashes (#) are at the symmetry positions (1−x, 1−y, 1−z), (0.5+x, 0.5−y, −0.5+z), (−0.5+ x, 0.5−y, 0.5+z), (1.5−x, 0.5+y, 0.5−z) and (0.5−x, 0.5+y, 1.5−z) respectively.
