Compound 1, the simple C8 chain formed by the O7—H7⋯O4ⁱ hydrogen bond. This chain extends along the b axis. Symmetry codes: (i) −x + $[{1\over 2}]$ , y − $[{1\over 2}]$ , z; (ii) −x + $[{1\over 2}]$ , y + $[{1\over 2}]$ , z). Hydrogen atoms not involved in the hydrogen bonding have been omitted.
