A stereoview showing the superposition of the surface-loop residues observed in the inhibitor-bound PLA2 structures (green, Sekar et al., 2003BB22; blue, Sekar, Eswaramoorthy et al., 1997BB17; yellow, Sekar, Kumar et al., 1998BB18) with the present structure (red) and the triple mutant K56,120,121M (violet; Rajakannan et al., 2002BB14). The former three structures are inhibitor-bound PLA2 structures and the latter two are inhibitor-free PLA2 structures with the second calcium ion.
