Diffraction pattern from a tetragonal crystal of E. coli T109S DHOase recorded on beamline 23-ID at APS. The diffraction is severely anisotropic; reflections are observed along c* (indicated by the white arrow) to 2.2 Å (black arrow). The resolution at the edge of the image belonging to 2.13 Å.
