Residues in white characters on a red background are strictly conserved, while those in red characters with a white background are highly conserved. Red arrows indicate the two residues of BT2081 (Asp259 and Asp338) which may play a role in catalysis. Sequences with aspartates at these positions are highlighted in yellow.
