Orientations of the –SO2NH2 group corresponding to the τ3 values of the FFB structure solutions plotted in Fig. 16[link]. The X-ray scattering power of `NH2' is on a par with that of an O atom, such that these three orientations are essentially indistinguishable with relatively low-resolution data. This gives rise to the histograms centred on ±60° and 180° in Fig. 16[link].
