The three types have structural differences in the arrangement of the N-terminal residues of the B-chain (R6, T3R3f and T6 conformation, respectively). For each sample, the intensity is normalized against total intensity. The region with the largest difference is found between 3.95° and 4.35°, but there is a small shift in peak position throughout the whole 2θ region. |
