Comparison of a simulated (dark blue) cubic powder pattern with experimental data (orange) obtained from the cubic C crystals. The peak positions have good agreement between simulated and experimental data, but the intensity difference is large in the low-2θ region. Normalization against the total intensity in the whole 2θ range would suppress the lower intensity peaks. In order to limit the influence of the low-2θ peaks, the normalization was performed against the total intensity in the 2θ range 2.5–10°.
