Changes in the SAXS patterns of the DPPC/water system during the synthesis of copper nanoparticles corresponding to the three stages of the formation of the copper-ion containing domains. A: the beginning state: large domains rich in copper embedded between the layers of the vesicles, doped with CuCl2; B: domains rich in copper in the form of Cu(OH)2, which are separated from the stacks in a predominantly gel (Lβ′) phase; C: domains rich in copper in the form of CuO, which are separated from the stacks in the LI phase.
