The x axis is linear with Å3, but the numbers on the x axis directly correspond to the wavelength (Å). The calculations were performed using RADDOSE (Murray et al., 2004BB32) for the samples described in §3[link] [DNA and lysozyme (HEWL)], as well as two of the samples described by Murray et al. (2004BB32): xylanase and the heat shock protein DegP, both for native crystals and soaks that were used for phasing.
