The irrep labels indicate the irrep distortion components (and the related isotropy subgroup) that can contribute to the symmetry break [P6_3/mmc \longrightarrow P6_3cm]. The label K corresponds to the wavevector [(\,{1\over3},{1\over3},0)] in the Brillouin zone of the P63/mmc structure.
