The similarity search results for the drug compound pantoprazole (a) include two other drugs with known anti-ulcerative activity: (b) omeprazole (CSD refcode UDAVIF; Bhatt & Desiraju, 2007BB8) with a similarity coefficient of 0.82 and (c) lansoprazole (XEGTIM; Vyas et al., 2000BB31) with a similarity coefficient of 0.70.
