On the left, reciprocal space maps collected for three different regions of the substrate (AS, BS and CS) at different distances from the NW. The regions have dimensions 86 µm × 500 nm, and are located ∼570 µm from each other along the direction perpendicular to the NW row. The strained and unstrained diffraction peaks are named 1 and 2, respectively. On the right, reciprocal space maps collected for regions ANW, BNW and CNW along the NW. The NW signal, indicated in red as `NW', is clearly visible on the right of the substrate peak.
