SEM images (a)–(d) and corresponding two-dimensional GISAXS data (e)–(h) of ZnO foam-like thin films obtained using the polymer II template after calcination for a varied ZnO precursor weight fraction: 0.5% (a) and (e), 1% (b) and (f), 3% (c) and (g), and 8% (d) and (h). Improved coverage of the substrate is visible upon increasing the amount of ZnO precursor in the system. In the two-dimensional GISAXS data, the specular peak is covered by a beamstop and all images have the same intensity scale bar as shown. The black and red arrows in (a) are depicting the cut positions and directions for the vertical and horizontal cuts, respectively.
