Scheme of the phase diagram of PZT, showing the approximate locations of the various structural models that have been reported to date and are analysed in this work. The border lines are only approximate guides to define the prevailing phase in each region. In some cases, the structures have been derived assuming the coexistence of two or more phases over wide intervals of composition. The phases appearing for compositions close to pure PbZrO3 are not shown.
