Dose distributions (in arbitrary units) in water around a magnetite particle irradiated by a narrow monochromatic beam of photons with the indicated energy. The beam direction is left to right. Contour levels are the same for all plots. From contour to contour the dose increases twice. The number of incident photons is 108 for all plots.
