Screenshot of cell_explorer in use, showing a first indexing run on a sample (runs 130–139) of the previously published data for the 5-HT2B receptor (Liu et al., 2013BB17). Two alternative sets of lattice parameters, in this case with different centring types, have been found, which in this example represent the same lattice. A Gaussian function has been fitted to the distribution of a parameters, yielding a mean and standard deviation.
