A diffraction-based grid scan covering a whole LCP bolus allows diffraction-based identification of crystals suitable for further small-wedge data collection. Images show a 50 nl bolus containing crystals of PepTSt in an IMISX COC-windowed well. Data were collected at 100 K with a PILATUS 6M-F detector.
