Relevant vectors and angles that determine energy settings at which a crystal's Bragg reflection will display glitches: [{\bf H}], the reciprocal lattice vector associated with the diffracting atomic planes; [{\bf M}], a vector perpendicular to [{\bf H}] that is used as an azimuthal reference; ϕ, the azimuthal angle at which the crystal is cut; and [\theta_{\rm B}], the Bragg angle.
