The variation of energy-resolution parameters over all pixels of the PILATUS detector: (a) the distribution of σpixel values over the entire detector area [i.e. σ fitting parameter from equation (1)[link]] with Ag Kα reference measurements for the 22.16 keV emission line; (b) the energy distribution over one single measurement frame (N = 15, i.e. Vrf = −0.57 V for all pixels) used for estimation of σframe values with Ag Kα reference before (green) and after (blue) interpolation correction; (c) the square root of the threshold dispersion per pixel (σpixel) and per frame (σframe) as a function of incoming photon energy recalculated with corresponding single-pixel calibration curves [Fig. 2[link](a)].
