A sketch of the experimental setup for a horizontal Bragg diffraction configuration. Scans were performed by moving the sample along the y- and z-axis directions. These were repeated after varying the incidence angle ϕ in steps of 0.007°, while keeping the detector fixed at an angle corresponding to the 044 Bragg reflection at 2θ = 107.63°. Ki is the incident wavevector, Kt is the transmitted vector and Ks is the scattered vector. Qx, Qy and Qz are the coordinates in reciprocal space.
