Diffracted intensity as a function of 2θ and χ originating from a NIST LaB6 SRM 660c sample encapsulated in a 1 mm-diameter borosilicate capillary. The data were collected in the Debye–Scherrer geometry by scanning the detector in the horizontal plane (γ scan).
