Reconstruction of sample shapes. (a) The 002 peak sinogram and (b) its reconstruction, compared with (c) the optical micrograph for Sample G (top row) and Sample S (bottom row). For each sample, the same dashed contours are plotted on the images, which shows that with the out-of-plane data we can reconstruct the sample shape and determine the center of rotation. The dark to light red lines in (a1) show the scanning direction. No significant intensity changes along the scanning direction were observed, indicating negligible radiation damage. Scale bars are 1 mm.
