The amplitude threshold for the reconstructions is 0.30 and the size of the coordinate axes is 100 nm. Here the average morphology was used. Hence the 111 reconstruction shows a region of missing intensity corresponding to a twin, which is not present in the original 111 reconstructed morphology (Fig. 10[link] in Appendix A[link]).
