In (b), timing results for a shape defined through the SphericalHarmonics model are given. The harmonics coefficients are the same as in the example presented in the main text, but the shape is scaled to get different average radii, indicated on the lower x axis in units of the wavelength λ. Results are presented for four different simulation resolutions, from 256 × 256 px up to 2048 × 2048 px, labeled on the upper x axis. |
