Reciprocal intensity correction factors. Calculated for a 2048 × 2048 pixel (200 × 200 µm) detector at a distance 1.6 m from the sample with an incidence X-ray energy of 73.7 keV which corresponds to the same parameters as the experimental data shown in Figs. 4[link] and 6[link]. The effect of individual correction factors is shown separately and not combined except where indicated.
