Screenshot of a Mathematica script for simulation of powder patterns on linear and log scales using the DSE [calculation done by Debyer (Wojdyr, 2011BB31)] and CVF for f.c.c. Cu nanoparticles (unit-cell parameter a = 3.615 Å) of different sizes (from 1 to 25 nm) and shapes (spheres, cubes) with or without the SAXS term for spheres. (The visible fluctuations in the DSE pattern, which are amplified by the logarithmic scale, are the result of limits in the numerical precision used in the simulation software.)
