An image of the calibration grid. The colors represent pixel intensity on a log scale. The green axes are the main axes along which e1 and e2 are estimated. Regular grid refers to the grid generated using the base vectors. Measured grid is the bright-spot positions determined using the peak-search method. The grid is illuminated by monochromatic 12 230 eV X-rays, broadened using diffusion of a dilute colloidal suspension, 10 m away from the detector.
