Analysis workflow for the three Python files performing key tasks during an example MILK refinement. 1_build_folders.py groups diffraction data into folders, 2_setup.py initializes the Rietveld to a good starting point and 3_analysis.py performs a sequence of refinement steps that result in a high-quality fit. At the end of the last two Python files, the Cinema data.csv file is created to visualize the results with Cinema: Debye–Scherrer. |
