Bragg peaks from the vortex lattice in the type-II superconductor YNi2B2C (Levett et al., 2002BB18). Using the `Sectors' and `Sector Boxes' analysis tools, rocking curves can be extracted as the sample is rotated through the Bragg condition. The rocking curves can be fitted using the 1D curve fit tools to extract fundamental physical properties of the superconductivity.
