The parameters used in the Monte Carlo simulations are given in Table 1[link]. The crystal thickness is tM1 = tM2 = tS = tA = 15.7Λe ≃ 0.619 mm. Dots are the data medians. The u = 2 µm plot is from the histogram in Fig. 13.
