(b) The measurement was performed at a rotation frequency of 175 Hz, and the resulting qXRR curve was obtained in 1.4 ms; the qXRR (orange) curve is compared with the classical XRR curve (blue dots) also shown in (a). In the curve noise increases up to the three absorber edges (red vertical lines) and for higher q background scattering limits the measurement (green horizontal line).
